Thank You Alcon Customer Service for the Flowers, the Bear and the Get Well Wishes!

I would like to thank Alcon Customer Service (my work friends) for the flowers, my stuffed bear and the Get Well Wishes in the card that was attached. They mean so much to me, all of you mean so much to me. You are the best Customer Service Department in the world, I am proud to have you as friends!  It’s nice to know that I’m missed, because I’ve missed everyone there. I hear we have a few new people…hey Fatima I heard you were coming back, sorry I wasn’t there to train you and all the rest of the new people, also Julie’s back from Mat leave, WooHoo! Nicholyn, Daniel and Stephanie, I don’t know if you are still there, but I wish you all the best with your continued education.

Oh, I had to put the flowers up high because my one cat RooRoo (who’s 16 years old this month) loves flowers…well he loves to eat them, unfortunately some flowers are poisonous to cats. But they are still in a place where I can enjoy them all the time.

As most of you know I’ve been off work for about 2 months due to a tumor on my spine. I’m waiting to have yet another test before the thoracic surgeon will determine what’s going to happen next, I just want this all over with, I want to have a life again. The meds they have me on make me sleep all the time. I usually sleep all day, Ed wakes me for my pills throughout the day, I get up for dinner and go back to sleep about 2 or 3 hours after that.  Oh, I did get to see the tumor on my MRI scan, it’s like a half of a circle, you have my spine and then you have a perfect half circle coming out from it from T5 through T7, it’s pretty big though and now I know why I was/am having pain in that area, I thought the pain was due to my neuromuscular issues.

Once again, thank you for the flowers ladies and gentlemen of Alcon Customer Service, I really do appreciate them, just like I appreciate every one of you.

Oh, I did make some new friends while I’ve been off work, they give me little dances and football shuffles, I give them a peanut and they let me take a picture, in other words they work for peanuts. LOL

Check out the pictures below, click on them to make them bigger and they will have captions at the bottom, then you will have a little arrow on the right of the picture, so you can scroll through the big pictures. By the way, I think I’m starting to become…The Squirrel Whisper! Shhhh…Don’t tell my cats…the dog already knows and is jealous, he now has to have peanuts when he comes back from his walk.

Take care.

Terri
